These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text-message communications sent by or on behalf of Must Have Real Estate LLC (“Must Have Real Estate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By opting in to receive SMS communications from Must Have Real Estate, you agree to receive conversational and informational text messages relating to your interactions or relationship with Must Have Real Estate.

• Property management communications
• Rent and account notifications
• Late-payment and collections communications
• Maintenance communications and updates
• Leasing and showing communications
• Appointment and scheduling reminders

Message frequency may vary depending on your relationship with Must Have Real Estate and activity associated with your inquiry, account, property, tenancy, transaction, maintenance request, or other service.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and wireless plan.
OPT OUT
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

After you opt out, you may receive one final text message confirming that your opt-out request was received.
After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages through that SMS program unless you subsequently provide appropriate consent to resume messaging.
